Ingredients for Dough:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Filling Suggestions (Optional):
- Steamed vegetables with soy sauce
- Ground meat with onions and spices
- Chopped mushrooms and green onions
Preparation:
- Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Combine flour and salt in a bowl, add yeast mixture and oil, and knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out lightly.
- Top with filling of choice or leave plain.
